Meet Nurse Susannah!

Susannah Marshall, BSN, RN, PMH-BC, CCM is a board-certified Nurse Case Manager and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse with over 22 years of experience across healthcare and social-service settings.
She has supported patients from pediatrics to geriatrics in mental health clinics, hospital emergency and inpatient care, outpatient services, insurance-based care management, and holistic health. Her background includes work with Seattle Children’s Autism Center, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, and TrueNorth Health Center, where she focused on preventive, plant-forward care.
Susannah founded her nurse consulting and advocacy practice after supporting a close family member through a sudden, complex medical crisis, revealing how overwhelming healthcare systems can be without clear guidance. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed care, clear communication, and practical advocacy that helps people navigate health decisions with confidence.
